Our personal training sessions are held on the beautiful South Perth Foreshore at Sir James Mitchell Park conveniently located at the end of Coode Street. Whether your goals are to compete at a high level or to recuperate from recent injury or illness or to make a radical lifestyle change, your trainer will take your own individual goals, health and body type into account when creating sustainable and sensible fitness programmes. A wide variety of mobile equipment is provided such as TRX, ViPR, power bags, battle ropes, kettle bells, power bands etc. A childminder is available for all group exercise classes and can also be arranged for personal training sessions. 5 TO 1 SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
A variety of small group PT classes (max 5 participants) are held 6am, 9.15am and 6.15pm weekdays, on beautiful South Perth Foreshore (end of Coode Street). These classes allow you to have the group exercise experience with a focus on your own personal needs.
