Individual nutrition consultations will allow your nutritionist to gather a comprehensive history of food intake and health conditions. The practitioner may request that you complete food and health diaries prior to your consultation and may use bio impedance scales to assess body composition. The information provided will be used to formulate an optimal nutrition plan for weight loss, healing, management of chronic disease, sports performance or whatever your goal may be.
GROUP SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS AND CORPORATE TALKS
Group seminars and workshops are held on a periodic basis and may cover subjects such as nutrition for teens, older adults, menopause, sports performance, weight loss, healthy ageing etc. Please see Upcoming Events for future seminars. These group talks can also be requested on a private basis and can be undertaken in a pre arranged venue, your own home or your place of business. BIOIMPEDANCE BODY ANALYSIS WITH TANITA
The professional Tanita bioimpedance machine will bring you fast, accurate body composition results using the latest advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis technology. It measures total body fat, hydration, bone density, lean body mass, visceral fat and metabolic age. A valuable tool for measuring current metabolic status, as well as measuring progress through a fitness and nutrition plan. Current nutrition clients and fitness clients purchasing multiple session packages are provided with this service for free.
You may wish to obtain a full breakdown of your intake of macro and micronutrients. You will be asked to complete a 7-day food diary and return it to your practitioner. Upon receipt, the information you have provided will be entered into the Foodzone programme and a complete breakdown of all carbohydrates, proteins, fats, alcohol, vitamins and minerals will be provided in a hard copy report you can take home with you. This information may highlight any possible deficiencies or excessive consumption of particular nutrients.

Physical Nutrition frequently organizes fitness and nutrition weekends which include exercise sessions, individual nutrition consultations, group nutrition seminars, cooking demonstrations, healthy meals and relaxation sessions, and you will go home with the recipes and information required to change your lifestyle for the better.
Retreats are periodically organized (please see upcoming events) or you can request the services of a Physical Nutrition trainer and practitioner for your own retreat tailored to the requirements of yourself and your friends.
