The Physical Nutrition 10-week Group Weight Loss Programs provide all of the resources you need to smash your weight loss goals. The groups are limited to a maximum of 10 participants for each 10-week program and are designed to get you at least 5kgs down in 10 weeks.
Fortnightly visits to the Physical Nutrition clinic for body composition analysis, body measurements and chat with your nutritionist (Please note that this is a 10-week program that includes 6 visits – one at the start, one at the end and four in between).

The Physical Nutrition 10-Week Group Weight Loss program is a well resourced, tried and tested program that is designed to have you at least 5kgs down in 10-weeks. The group provides an excellent support through the changes you need to make to reach your ideal weight. The fortnightly visits provide points of accountability, progress tracking and the ability to discuss any issues you are having with a trained professional. The Facebook page/Member’s site and information sessions provide the resources and education you need to make the right choices on an ongoing basis.
