When we work with our clients we look at all aspect of their health including gut health, hormones, genetics, and the mental side of weight loss such as a lifetime of bad habits and unhealthy food choices.

Our 10 Week Weight Loss Program is a great way to kick start major weight loss or to get off that stubborn few kilos that have been hanging around for while or get you ready for a major event like a holiday, wedding or big birthday. This fully supported program provides all of the resources, accountability and support you need to smash your weight loss goals.
Groups have a maximum number of 10 participants in each program.
INCLUDED IN GROUP WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS:
- Fortnightly meetings with your nutritionist in the Physical Nutrition Clinic to track how you are doing and make changes if necessary. Meetings also include body composition analysis and body measurements to check progress, and a 30-minute nutrition and lifestyle seminar to teach you everything you need to know to smash your target weight and keep you healthy for the rest of your life.
- A 14-Day meal plan with 42+ recipes designed specifically with your needs in mind. We have vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free, Mediterranean, Primal, Paleo, and Keto meals plans available.
